These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spirit of Victory Outreach Ministries mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Spirit of Victory Outreach Ministries operates this App for ministry, worship services, communication, events, and outreach engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

This App is intended for users located in the United States unless otherwise specified.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to:

Create an account
Provide personal information
Submit event registrations
Sign up for notifications

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Donations, Purchases & Payments

The App may allow:

Merchandise purchases

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the payment method
All information provided is accurate
You understand donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law

Spirit of Victory Outreach Ministries does not store full credit card details.

5. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the App offers recurring giving or subscriptions:

Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details will be disclosed before purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Upload malicious software
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Impersonate others

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access at our discretion.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit prayer requests, comments, testimonies, or other content:

You grant SOV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content for ministry purposes
You confirm that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

We may moderate or remove content without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All sermons, videos, audio messages, logos, branding, text, graphics, and media within the App are owned by Spirit of Victory Outreach Ministries or licensed to us.

You may not:

Reproduce
Modify
Distribute
Sell

Any content without written permission.

Personal sharing of links is permitted.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App may collect:

Name and contact information
Device information
Usage analytics
Donation and registration details

We use data to:

Improve app performance
Communicate ministry updates
Process transactions

We do not sell personal data.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with:

Payment processors
Livestream platforms
Social media platforms
Push notification services

We are not responsible for third-party services’ policies or performance.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

13. Termination

Necessary for security or maintenance

14. App Store & Google Play Requirements

If you downloaded this App from Apple App Store:

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Any claims must be addressed to Spirit of Victory Outreach Ministries

If downloaded from Google Play:

Google is not responsible for support or claims related to the App

Both Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

17. Child Endangerment

We prohibit the use of this website and apps to endanger children. This includes but is not limited to use of the app to promote predatory behavior towards children, such as:

Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).

We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, if we become aware of content with child sexual abuse materials. If you believe a child is in danger of or has been subject to abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement
